Sweet & Spicy Tomato Chutney

I made tomato chutney by request this year because we still had a few jars left from 2024 for our use. Our nieces Lindsey and Nikole asked if I was making any this year, as did our sister-in-law Chris. It was fun to give them each three nice pints of this gently spicy condiment that works on just about everything. Look for new batches of chutney in 2026.
