I'm more of a plain apple jelly kind of person, and Jimmy prefers his apple jelly with a little spice. (Sort of matches our personalities.) He helped me to prep the fruit this year, so I made sure to cook up a couple of batches of spiced jelly for him...and for our friends and family who crave more flavor.

We used our Rambo apples for this year's jelly. I hope the balance of spices is as much to your liking as it is for Jimmy.
