Rambo is an early apple that ripens here at the end of July or early August. We were blessed with plenty of spring rain and lots of sunshine in early summer. This combination made for a nice harvest on both of our Rambo trees.

This year's jelly is golden with a light sweetness that makes me think of those warm early summer days when the apples were just getting a little bit of blush. May it bring you a taste of summer as well.
