Sweet Pickle Relish
I played around with the University of Georgia Extension recipe for sweet pickle relish in 2024 because we had a ton of cukes that had hidden under leaves and gotten bigger than pickling size. We liked it, so we shared it with family members.

I'm not exaggerating here. My Aunt Martie told me my Uncle Steve was eating this stuff by the spoonful. She lives a few hours from us, so I ended up mailing her jars of this relish four times last year. And it tickled me to see them enjoying it so much. My brother Mel loved it, as did my Aunt Sherry, who also enjoyed it by the spoonful.

Needless to say, it's a winner. I hope you like this year's batch as much as my family did.
