Parsley

My high school botany teacher owns a retail greenhouse not far from where we live. That’s where I found the bedding plants we used for this year‘s parsley. 

We grew flat Italian parsley, and it did really well in the raised bed on the south side of the house. It loved the abundant sunshine, rain and humidity.

We used the majority of our parsley on fresh veggies this summer and dried the rest in October. Your dried parsley was grown with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers--just the elements and love.
